Business Plan Development (One-Time Service Option)
The One-Time Business Plan Development service is the starting point for most Eustace Advisor Business Planning and Management Clients. This service helps the client gather the information related to their business; organize the data and define priorities, goals and timelines; and build a well-documented Business Plan that they can use as a guideline for business operations and strategic management.
Typically, this service takes place via four client meetings over an 8-week period. Reference the timeline shown below for details.
Upon completion of this service, Clients are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations made by Eustace Advisors. Some Clients may elect to manage the implementation, monitoring and adjusting of their Business Plan themselves, while others may leverage our Ongoing Business Consulting Service.
